Details are given below with regards to the members of staff parents/carers should direct their concerns to in the first instance. On calling the school to speak to a member of staff please select the Student Services option from the telephone menu and then the relevant year group.

If parents/carers arrive in Reception, please be aware that it is unlikely you will be able to see a member of staff at that time. Invariably they are dealing with matters or are in classes with students and cannot see parents/carers without an appointment. In these instances, details will be taken and Reception staff will pass the information on so that a telephone call can be returned later by either the Student Services Assistant or the Head of Year.
