The College uses a service which enables us to send letters and messages direct to parents/carers by email and text message. We believe that it helps with our communications with you.

You may already be aware that sending written information home can sometimes be rather ‘hit and miss’ or end up in the bottom of school bags! We hope that by using this service it means that you receive information from the school in a more reliable and efficient manner.

The College is also an Eco-School and we are increasingly aware of the environmental impact of the amount of paper that we use and hope to continue to reduce this in future.

In order to use this service we collect parent/carer email addresses and mobile telephone numbers from the Admissions Form that is completed by parents prior to their child starting at the school, we therefore ask that if these details alter that you advise us as soon as possible by following the advice in How to update contact details.
